The year 2017 was very special for me as I was able to fulfill many of my dreams, such as giving a TEDX talk or appearing on television again. But undoubtedly, one of the most distant dreams was to write a book.<\/p>\n

Everything in life comes at the right time. Or at least, that\u2019s what I believe. Just one year after creating my method, I had the opportunity to shape it on paper to reach the maximum number of people.<\/p>\n

In the book #M\u00edrate,<\/strong> I teach you practical exercises to understand how communication with others works, allowing you to make modifications that will help you achieve your goals.<\/p>\n

So, if you\u2019re looking for a book on fashion, beauty, or perhaps self-help, I\u2019m sorry. This is not your book! In 2020, after my second TEDX talk, I had once again the great opportunity to share my experience in a second book.<\/p>\n

This time, the goal is to improve relationships, not with ourselves, but with our environment.<\/p>\n

We can love clients, colleagues, and even bosses. Obviously, not with the same kind of love we share with the people we have chosen to accompany us in life. After a long time shared with the same people (both professionally and personally), routine takes its toll, and the \u201clove\u201d fades away.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s curious because love is defined as a feeling of deep affection and attraction towards a person or thing to whom you wish all the best. And I think: we can love clients, colleagues, and even bosses. Clients to buy from us, colleagues to support us (and vice versa), bosses to take us into account. Consider that you probably spend more time with them than with the people you truly love or have chosen in life. When we fall in love with the people around us (both professionally and personally), the easiest thing to do is to throw the relationship overboard, blame others, and break up or decide to continue but unhappily. However, the question we must ask ourselves is: what am I doing to maintain this relationship?<\/p>\n

How to regain or maintain this love in the professional environment?<\/p>\n

Through a five-phase analysis, we will be able to decide and understand what needs to be done to keep love alive in any field:<\/p>\n

Do you really want to love again?
If you can\u2019t change jobs, what attitude do you adopt about it?
Do you take responsibility for rekindling the flame of love, or do you wait for it to rise on its own?
Can we recreate the process of falling in love step by step to find or regain motivation in our daily work?
Can we take responsibility for the continuity of love in our lives?
